1. Scope of this policy

DigiflyX ("DigiflyX", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies when you use digiflyx.marketing, submit a strategy-call enquiry, or contact us through WhatsApp, telephone, email or Instagram.

Client campaign data and information processed while delivering paid services may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, data-processing arrangement or service agreement. If those documents conflict with this policy for a client engagement, the more specific written terms apply.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Our enquiry form asks for your name, 10-digit mobile number, company name and business category. We may also receive information you choose to include in later WhatsApp messages, calls, emails or social-media communications.

How the form works: the website prepares a WhatsApp message using the details you enter and opens WhatsApp. The form does not submit those details to a separate DigiflyX website database. WhatsApp may receive the prefilled information when its service opens, and you choose whether to send the message.

Technical information

Our website or hosting and security providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including an IP address, request date and time, pages requested, referring page, browser, device and operating-system information.

Sensitive information

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records, biometric information or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form.

3. How we use information

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to enquiries and arrange a requested strategy call;
  • understand your business requirements and prepare a proposal;
  • provide, administer and improve requested services;
  • communicate about an enquiry or active client engagement;
  • maintain website, account and communication security;
  • prevent misuse, fraud or unlawful activity; and
  • comply with applicable law, keep necessary records and resolve disputes.

We do not use a strategy-call enquiry to send unrelated promotional messages unless you request or consent to them. You can ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.

4. Why we process information

Depending on the interaction and applicable law, we process information because you requested contact or gave consent, because processing is needed to take steps towards or perform a service agreement, to meet a legal obligation, to protect our systems and users, or on another ground permitted by law.

If processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may mean we cannot continue an optional communication or requested service.

5. How information is shared

We may share relevant information only where reasonably necessary with:

  • hosting, security, email, communications and operational service providers;
  • professional advisers where confidentiality protections apply;
  • a successor or relevant party during a genuine business reorganisation; or
  • government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is lawfully required.

The site loads Google Fonts. Your browser requests font resources from Google, which may receive technical request information. When you open WhatsApp or Instagram, those independently operated services process information under their own policies and controls.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry and communication information only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business or security records, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable legal requirements.

Retention varies with the nature of the interaction. Information that is no longer required is deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where reasonably practicable.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. Access is limited to people and providers who need it for legitimate purposes.

No internet transmission, messaging platform or storage system is completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security, but we review concerns and take reasonable corrective action when necessary.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to explain our processing, provide access to information associated with you, correct inaccurate information, erase information that is no longer required, withdraw consent, stop optional marketing or address a privacy grievance.

We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of a request. Some information may need to be retained where law permits or requires it, including for security, record-keeping or dispute purposes.

9. Children's privacy

The website and our services are intended for business users and are not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the enquiry form. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

10. International processing and external services

Some providers, including Google and Meta services, may process information outside your state or country. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use service providers and transfers permitted by law.

Our site also links to third-party websites. We do not control their independent privacy or security practices, so please review their notices before submitting information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services, providers or legal obligations change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be highlighted where reasonably appropriate.
